I founded BahhCare in 2019 with a clear vision and a deep personal commitment: to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where adults with disabilities are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion every day.
My background as a nurse in healthcare has shaped how I view care. I have seen firsthand how important it is to look beyond diagnoses and truly understand the individual. This experience taught me that quality care is not just about meeting needs; it is about listening, advocating, and creating an environment where people can grow, feel valued, and live with purpose.
BahhCare is built on the belief that every individual deserves personalized support that honors their strengths, choices, and goals. Our programs are designed to promote independence, meaningful engagement, and overall well-being while ensuring safety, structure, and consistency. We take pride in providing DDD-approved, person-centered services that support individuals and families with integrity and transparency.
As the Founder and Executive Director, I am actively involved in the growth and daily operations of BahhCare. I collaborate closely with our dedicated staff, families, guardians, and community partners to ensure our services meet the highest standards of care. Creating a culture rooted in respect, compassion, and accountability is at the core of everything we do.
